Ceramic coating is the real deal as it adds a layer to your clear coat. The only issue is you need to have either a brand-new paint job (unmolested by the dealer) or a full paint correction, so you don't coat over scratches or swirl marks. Due to this chemical bonding and creation of a new layer, the car’s factory paint job remains untouched.

After the vehicle is washed it would undergo a chemical and mechanical decontamination procedure.

The vehicle would then be polished using a heavy cut compound to remove the maximum number of defects in the paint

80-90% defect removal

The vehicle would be then polished for a second time using a ultra-fine compound .This is necessary in order to restore the clarity of the paint after removing major defects.(heavy cutting leaves a slight haze in paint)
